4 skin-on salmon fillets (6-7 oz each)
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
kosher salt and freshly ground white pepper
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a nonstick silicone liner and lay salmon, skin side down, on top. Set aside.

Combine mayonnaise, honey, mustard, and chives and stir thoroughly. Reserve half the sauce and spoon remaining sauce over fish, spreading evenly over top and sides of each fillet. Season with salt and pepper.

Roast at 375º for 7 minutes. Increase oven heat to broil. Broil until cooked through, 6 to 7 minutes; keep your eye on salmon to avoid overcooking. Garnish with chives and serve with reserved sauce.
