2 pkg sweet crescent rolls
1 pkg sweet potato patties
2 C water
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 C sugar
1 Tbs corn starch
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Roll each potato patty half in a crescent triangle. Place in a baking dish. Heat water, sugar, butter, corn starch until sugar is melted. Take off heat add vanilla extract. Pour over dumplings, Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until crescent rolls are brown. sprinkle with cinnamon when done.
