¼ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce or to taste
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
4 4oz skinless salon filets
1 ½ tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp finely chopped scallions

Directions:

In a 1 gallon zip-lock bag combine 1st 6 ingredients. Add salmon filets and refrigerate for 1-8 hours, turning at least once.

Remove salmon from the bag, reserving the marinade.

Heat a large sauté pan over medium high heat, add sesame oil. Coat the bottom of the pan. Cook the fish until browned on one side about 2 minute. Flip and cook 2 minutes
.
Reduce the heat and add the reserved marinade. Cover and cook until fish is done about 4 minutes.

Place a piece of salmon on each plate and sprinkle with scallions.
