Large jar of peach preserves
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. bourbon
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients. Taste and adjust to suit. Grill chicken. Place cooked chicken in a pan that can go into the oven. Pour over the sauce. Keep warm for up to an hour. Serve.
