1 lb. ground beef (garlic salt to taste)
1 lb.shredded cheddar cheese (2c.)
15 queen green olives
2 small onions, chopped
1 c. tomato soup
dash of garlic powder
1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. oregano
8 hamburger buns
Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with garlic salt to taste -- cool in refrig. Add to meat mixture: cheddar cheese, green olives or black, 2 small onions (sauted). Add to meat mixture after mixing well: tomato soup, dash of garlic powder, oil, oregano. Put on hamburger buns or sliced french bread (open faced) in 2 jelly roll pans. Bake 350º - 8-10 minutes(cheese bubbly). Make sure bottom of buns do not burn. *Recipe calls for 1/2 tsp. curry powder, but didn't like flavor.
