Any amount of EGGS desired....

Single layer eggs covered with 1-2" of cold water (salt 1/2 tsp.)
Burner on High bring eggs to boil-- remove the pan from the heat for a few seconds
Reduce heat to low, return the pan to the burner. Let simmer for 1 min. Turn burner off will have enough heat to finish
Cover pan, let sit for 12 min. You can let your eggs sit covered for up to 15-20 min without the eggs getting over cooked.
Remove eggs from pan, place in bowl of ice water. Store eggs in a covered container in refrigerator.
