1 box spice cake mix
1/2 c brown sugar
1 c oil
1 egg
2 c rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 c nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add moist ingredients and mix well. Drop by teasponfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. For crispy cookies let cool in pan and then remove. For chewy cookies let cook slightly in pan and then remove.
