1 Onion thinly sliced
Salt & Pepper
5 Garlic cloves thinly sliced
1tsp Chili flakes
2 Bunches chopped kale
1 cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saute pan over med-high heat, add 3 to 4 tbsp olive oil. Add the onion and season with salt & pepper. Cook 3 to 4 minutes before adding garlic and chili flakes. Stir to combine. Add the kale and water.

Place a lid on the pan and turn down to med-low heat. Cook 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chard is tender and the liquid has reduced. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
