1/4 c butter
1/4 c chopped green pepper
3/4 c sliced mushrooms
1/4 c flour
1 c light cream
1 1/2 c chicken or turkey broth
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 c chopped leftover turkey or chicken
1/2 tsp salt
Few grains pepper
1/4 cup chopped pimento

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in top of double boiler over direct heat. Saute green pepper and mushrooms for 5 minutes then remove from heat. Blend flour into the butter, add cream slowly and then add broth and seasonings. Cook over direct heat stirring constantly until sauce thickens and begins to boil. Add turkey, pimento, green pepper, and mushrooms and place over boiling water. Cover and cook until turkey is heated through. Serve hot over patty shells, toast, boiled rice or noodles.
