1 can (15 oz.) Black Beans, drained and rinsed
3 Eggs
3 T. Oil
1/4 c. Cocoa Powder
3/4 c. Sugar
pinch of Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. cloves & 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1/2 c. choc. chips (optional)
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Optional topping:
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 T. butter
2 T. raspberry jam

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a square 9x9 inch pan. In a food processor, grind beans with oil, and process until smooth. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and spices. Stir in black bean mixture. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts (optional).

Place batter in 9x9 pan and bake for 30 min.

If adding topping, let cool and melt butter and chocolate chips together, stirring and add raspberry jam. Spread over brownies.
