1 packet graham crackers (finely rolled) ( about 1 2/3 cups)
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter

Small Cake:
2 8 oz pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 pt. sour cream

Large Cake:
3 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1 1/2 pt. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
1. Using a spring form pan. Butter the pan and line with graham cracker crumbs.
2. Use all ingredients at room temperature. Beat in all ingredients in order given above.
3. Put batter in shell. Bake for 40 min. at 350º F.
4. Turn off oven for two hours. DO NOT OPEN OVEN BEFORE THAT TIME. It will ruin the cake.
