Ingredients:  
2 lb. haddock fillets, or cod,snapper, red fish, etc.
1 1/2c chopped tomatoes
1/2 c chopped green peppers
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. salad oil
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1tsp. basil leaves
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 drops Tabasco Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place fish in greased baking dish. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over the fish. Bake at 500º for 5-8 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with tomato wedges and green pepper rings.
