1-14 oz can green beans drained
1-7 3/4 oz can salmon
1-19 oz can whole tomatoes
1/4 cup drained bean liquid
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
pinch oregano
3/4 c ready cooked rice
1 c grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Flake salmon with juice. Place in saucepan with beans, tomatoes (cut into small pieces), 1/4 c of bean liquid, butter and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Place rice in bottom of 2 quart casserole dish. Pour salmon and vegetable mixture over. Cover and bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Uncover and stir. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer uncovered.
