2 lb moose or caribou steak
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
2 tbsp fat
1 green pepper chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
6 small onions sliced
1 c tomatoes
1 c peas

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge the meat with the seasoned flour. Brown on both sides in hot fat. Remove from the pan. Saute the pepper and garlic in the same fat until tender. Place the pepper and garlic on the meat and return to pan. Add the onions and tomatoes. Simmer until tender. About 2 hours. Shortly before the meat is cooked add the peas and more seasoning if necessary. Arrange on platter with the vegetables on top. Surround with a border of potato puffs.
