8 c chopped kale (young)
1 lemon juiced
1/4 c olive oil
1 lemon zest
1/4 c roasted hazelnuts
1/4 c parmesan cheese

Directions:

In a small jar, mix the lemon juice, zest and olive oil together- shake.

In a large bowl, put in the kale and hazelnuts. Toss with the dressing and parmesan cheese.
