1 cube Fleishman's Yeast
2 1/4 c water scalded and cooled to lukewarm
1/2 cup shortening melted
1 c sugar
1 tsp salt
7 1/2 cups Robin Hood Instant Blending Bread Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble yeast in bowl and add 1 tsp of water, 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of shortening. Add flour and remaining ingredients and work thoroughly with hands, knead until smooth. Let stand until bulk doubles. Punch down and rub with shortening. When ready to use, cut off and let rise. Bake at 325 º.
