1 head cabbage
1 T. Salt
10 T. Apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 T. Butter
1 T. Caraway seeds
5 T. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put cabbage( chopped fine) in pot. Add butter, salt & caraway seed. Pour water over cabbage and cover. Cook over medium heat for about 2 hours. During cooking add more water if too dry. When done add vinegar & sugar to taste.
