7 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
1 cup celery, finely chopped
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 cup pimentos, diced (optional)
7 oz. can tuna, drained
17 oz. can peas, drained
4 oz. pkg. medium sharp cheddar cheese, cubed

Dressing:
1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cup cocktail sauce
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions; rinse and drain. Let cool to room temperature. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the celery, onion, pimento, tuna, peas and cheese. Dressing: In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients together until creamy. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir everything together until well-incorporated. Cover and chill overnight.
