1 tbsp flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup mini morsels
Use pastry blender or two knives till crumbly

Cake:
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 lg eggs
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream

Oven 350º 13x9 in pan

Mix flour, baking powder, soda & salt in small bowl
Beat sugar, butter, vanilla until creamy
Add eggs on at a time, beat well after each addition
Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream
Put in pan sprinkle with topping

Bake 25 to 35 min.
