3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp.baking cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp.salt
10 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. white vinegar
2 c. cold water
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in bowl. Put into ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan. Make three wells in dry ingredients, pour oil into one well, vanilla into another and vinegar in the third well. Pour cold water over all and stir to mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is firm. Cool and frost with Butter Cream Frosting
