2 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400º. Grease and flour an 18" x 12" pan.
In a pan, bring the 2 sticks margarine, cocoa and water to a boil. After cocoa is melted, add flour, sugar and salt. Beat in sour cream, eggs. Add soda and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 min.

To make icing:
Bring to a boil, margarine, cocoa and milk. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts if desired. Spread on cake while it is still warm from oven.
Cool and cut into squares.
