2 c sugar
2 c flour
2 t baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 c chopped pecans

Frosting
1/2 c butter (softened)
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese (softened)
11/2 c powered sugar
1 t vanilla extract

Directions:

350º 40-45 min.

In a mixing bowl, combine the 1st 5 ingredients; mix well. Stir in pecans. Pour into an ungreased 13x9x2" baking pan. Bake until tooth-pick comes out clean. Cool completely. In a mixing bowl, combine all frosting ingredients; beat until smooth. Frost cake.
