2 ½ cups flour
½ cup sugar
2 cubes butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter thoroughly!!!!!!, then blend in flour. Form into two balls then wrap and chill overnight. Set out to soften for 1-2 hours. Press in to cookie sheet pan thinly and bake at 300 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

20 Minutes mixing, then chill overnight and set out for 1-2 hours

You must cream the butter and sugar THOROUGHLY. It has to be pretty smooth. I usually blend it by hand, then let it set for 1/2 hour or so to let the sugar dissolve. then blend by hand again and add the flour.
