3/4 lb green beans, end trimmed
1 c cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small shallot, minced
1/4 c coarsely chopped fresh basil
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook beans in a large pot of boiling water until tender-crisp, about 2 min. Drain and rinse under cold water. Pat dry and transfer to a large serving tray with tomatoes, shallot and basil.

2. Whisk oil with vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss salad with dressing and serve
