flour
sugar
milk
butter
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place leftover pie crust in a small pie tin. Sprinkle several tablespoons of flour and white sugar into the tin and mix with your fingers. Pour 2% milk into the crust with about 1 tablespoon of butter, cut into chunks. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon and bake until the custard is set.

Whenever Mom made a pie, she would be sure to leave a little leftover pie crust, so she could make us a little pie. She had a small, very old tin pie plate for this very purpose. It was a simple custard pie, but we loved it!
