6 oz. butter

6 oz. flour

1/2 tsp paprika

2 3/4 quarts of milk

4 oz. Better than Bullion Lobster Base

1 quart Half n Half

1/2 cup sherry

1 large can of crab meat

2-3 lbs. of shrimp

dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp in olive oil with some garlic and pepper until they're just pink.
Remove from heat and chop to half inch pieces.
Melt butter in a large soup pot then blend in the flour and paprika. Stir 2-3 minutes until bubbly and well blended.
Add milk, lobster base and nutmeg.
Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
Gradually add half n half and sherry.
Stir in shrimp and crab meat.
