Cooking Spray
1 cup choppd onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
6 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
2 cups fat free milk
1 15 oz can cream style corn
1 10 3/4 oz condensed reduced fat, reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 10 oz can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 1/4 lbs medium shrimp, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Heat dutch oven coated with cooking spray over medium high. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic and saute for 4 minutes. Stir in cream cheese, reduce heat and cook until cheese is melted. Add milk, corn, soup and tomatoes, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a boil. Add shrimp, cook until heated through.

Serve with french bread. This is a very satisfying soup.
