2 tbsp. oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ lb smoked sausage, sliced
3- 16 oz cans pork and beans
½ cup of ketchup
½ light molasses
¼ cup light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the over to 350°. Heat the oil in a big pot over medium-high heat. Once it’s hot, add the onion and the garlic, sauté until the onion is tender, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the sausage, cook until the meat is browned. Mix in pork and beans, ketchup, molasses, sugar, vinegar, mustard and hot sauce. Bring bean to a simmer, the put in the over for about 45 minutes, uncovered and bake until the mixture is bubbling.
