1 lemon
½ cup dried apricots, chopped
½ cup orange juice
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
pepper
1-12 oz. bag of cranberries, about 3 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Remove all peel from lemon in strips and squeeze 2 tbs. of juice. In a 3 quart saucepan stir apricots, orange juice, sugar, water, lemon juice and 1/8 tsp. of black pepper. Bring to a boil, add in cranberries and lemon peels, returning to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium and simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until cranberries pop and mixture thickens. Let the sauce cool before serving, take out lemon peels.
