1 ½ pounds of Sea Scallops
2 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 tbsp. Honey
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
½ tsp. Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine scallops with all ingredients in bowl, refrigerate for an hour. Set aside some marinade for later. Thread scallops evenly on four skewers and place skewers on greased, shallow baking pan. Broil or grill 4-6 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn and baste with reserve marinade. Continue to cook 2-3 more minutes until opaque.
