1 lb mushrooms thinly sliced

3 Tbsp. Wegmanns Basting oil or olive oil

Zest of 1 lemon

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

3 cloves minced garlic

2 tsp dried thyme

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

generous sprinkling of "Garlic Garlic" or similar garlic seasoning

Preheat oven to 400º

Line baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and add oil

Lay mushrooms out in a single layer

Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat mushrooms

Bake until mushrooms are browned and a little crisp. Usually 1/2 hour to 45 minutes depending on your oven and the thickness of the mushrooms.
