For cupcakes: 5 eggs, 1 1/2 cups sugar,1 tbsp. vanilla, 3 packages 8 oz. cream cheese. For custard: 16 oz. sour cream, 1 cup confectioner's sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
To make the cupcakes: soften cream cheese. In big bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla -- beat until blended. Add eggs - 1 at a time. Pour into muffin pan and bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees until the cupcakes are light golden brown. Cool cupcakes. Mix custard ingredients and spoon on top of cupcakes. Chill overnight uncovered and then covered the 2nd night. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
