1 loaf sourdough bread, unsliced
12 - 16 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 to 2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1/2 cup green onion, finely diced
2 tsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut bread lengthwise & widthwise without cutting through the bottom crust. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Insert cheese slices between cuts. Combine melted butter, garlic, onion and poppy seeds. Pour over bread. Wrap in foil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Unwrap the bread and bake 10 more minutes, or until cheese is bubbling. Using fingers to pull apart and eat.
