1/2 c. Butter (Melted)
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Nuts (chopped fine)

1 c. Powdered Sugar
1 8 oz. pkg Cream Cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

2 pkg (3 3/4 each) Instant Pudding
3 c. Milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients well and press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350º for 15 to 20 mins. Cool.

Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese, and whipped topping. Spread over cold crust.

Prepare pudding with the 3 cups of milk until thick. Let set 1 minute then spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer. Sprinkle with nuts.

Refrigerate overnight.

I use one package of lemon pudding and one package of chocolate pudding making it half and half. Any kind of pudding would work.
