1 box Yellow Cake Mix (dry)
2 Eggs
1 Stick Oleo (melted)


TOPPING:

8 oz. Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
1 lb. Powdered Sugar (4 cups)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together, then press into sheet cake pan.

Mix cream cheese and eggs together, then slowly add powdered sugar and mix well. Pour this mixture over the first mixture.

Bake @ 350º for 30 mins.
