1 c. Sugar
3 T. Water
1 T. White Sugar
1 Egg White
1/4 tsp. Vanilla

Pie Filling:
2 pkg Frozen Strawberries
1/2 c. Sugar
4 T. Corn Starch
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and bake single 9 " pie shell. Prepare pie filling and let cool before putting into pie shell.

Combine water, sugar, egg white, and syrup in top of double boiler pan. Cook and beat for 7 min. in double boiler. Add vanilla and stir. Put on top of strawberry filling and pull up into peaks.

Bake @ 350º oven until peaks have browned slightly.
