1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
1 stick Oleo (softened)
2 Eggs
3 Bananas (mashed)




















Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first three ingredients and set aside. Blend oleo, vanilla, eggs, and bananas. Add dry ingredients and stir well. Pour into 9x9 pan or 2 small loaf pans.

Bake @ 350º for 30 min. or until brown. Test with toothpick to make sure center is completely baked.
