1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
3 medium potatoes, mashed
1/2 tsp ground sage
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp cinnamon
salt & pepper to taste

(save potato water)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the cleaned and peeled potatoes in a small pot, and afterward save the potato water.

While that is going, brown the meat in a skillet.

Drain fat, add back to skillet and add seasonings.

Mash the potatoes and add to the meat mixture.

Simmer for 45 minutes, if dry add some of the potato water.
