1 cup chopped celery
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon sage
½ teaspoon pepper
12-13 cups cubed sage-flavored stuffing
3 ½ -4 ½ cups broth and/or milk
2 well-beaten eggs
Parsley as desired.

Pack lightly in crock-pot. Cover and set on high for 45 minutes, then on low for 4-8 hours. Do not stir or disturb while cooking.

I use plain croutons and add my own spices (poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. I also prefer broth rather than milk in my stuffing.
