ROASTING GARLIC:

Preheat the oven to 400 F degrees.

Peel away the outer layers of the garlic bulb skin, leaving the skins of the original cloves

intact. Using a knife, cut off ¼ to ½ inch of the top of the cloves to expose the individual

cloves.

Place the garlic heads in a baking pan OR bundle them in a piece of tin foil and put them

in a pot in the stove. Before you put them in the oven make sure to drizzle olive oil over

the head of each clove. Use your finger to coat the top if necessary.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the cloves are soft.

Let cool, remove from the skins.

PIZZA:

On parchment paper, spread dough out over entire cookie sheet and bake at 400 F degrees

for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Combine the cream cheese and the BBQ sauce in a bowl. Spread the mixture on the crust.

Sprinkle chicken, onion and half of the parsley on top.

Cover with mozzarella.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Pull out and garnish with remaining chopped parsley.
