500 mL 2 cups Cooked pumpkin
60 mL 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
125 mL 1/2 cup Sugar
2.5 mL 1/2 tsp Salt
2.5 mL 1/2 tsp Ginger
5 mL 1 tsp Cinnamon
1.25 mL 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
0.65 mL 1/8 tsp Cloves
250 mL 1 cup Evaporated milk
2 Eggs
125 mL 1/2 cup Orange Juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs and add remaining ingredients
2. Preheat oven to 425* F.
3. Pour into prepared pie shell
4. Bake 15 minutes
5. Reduce heat to 350* F.
6. Bake another 45 minutes until a knife inserted in centre of pie comes out clean.
