1 cup of flour
¼ cup plus 2/3 cup of confectioners sugar
1/3 cup of chopped pecans
7 tbsp. of butter
1-8oz package of cream cheese
1-8oz frozen whipping cream
4 cups fresh & cooked sweet potatoes
¼ cups of sugar
½ tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:

Combine flour, ¼ cup of confectioners sugar, pecans and butter. Press into bottom of baking pan and bake for 20 minutes and cool. Mix cream cheese and 2/3 cup confectioners sugar till creamy. Fold in ¾ cup of whipped cream. Spread cream cheese mix over cooled crust. Mix potatoes, sugar and cinnamon until smooth, spread over cream cheese mixture and then on top of that smooth on remaining whip topping and refrigerate, for 1 hour before serving.
