1 Duncan Hines Butter cake mix
1 c. Sugar
1 tbsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Lemon flavoring
3/4 c. Vegetable oil
4 eggs
8 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. Pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over at 350º. Grease and flour bundt or tube pan. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Bake 50 - 60 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool thoroughly on wire rack in pan. Invert onto cake plate. Cake will keep server days and flavor improves each day. Seal in air tight container and refrigerate.
