1 baked 8" pie shell
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. butter
4 oz. bitter sweet chocolate
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup whipped cream
Chocolate shavings
Directions:
Directions:
Using mixer, cream sugar and butter. Beating a long time
is the secret of a good pie. Mix in melted chocolate, then
vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat well using high speed.

Pour over crust. Refrigerate and just before serving top
with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
