12 oz. Cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 c. Butter, room temperature
1/2 c. Sour cream, room temperature
1/2 c. Sugar
1 env. Plain gelatin
1/4 c. Cold water
1/2 c. White raisins
1 c. Slivered almonds
Zest grated from 2 Lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, butter and sour cream; add sugar and blend well. Soften gelatin in cold water, heat and stir until dissolved. Add to cheese mixture; Add raisins, almonds and lemon zest. Mix well. Put into 1 qt. mold, refrigerate until set. Serve with ginger snaps or saltines. May be frozen to serve later. Serve at room temperature.
