2 pounds Chorizo sausage (crumbled out of casings)
2 green Peppers (sliced thin)
2 sweet Onions (sliced thin)
2 6 oz. cans Tomato Paste
1 cup Chicken broth
1 cup Water
2 Tbsp. crushed Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place crumbled chorizo, peppers and onions in slow cooker.
Combine tomato paste, chicken broth, water and garlic.
Pour mixture over meat and vegetables in slow cooker.
Mix together and cook on low for 8 hours.
Uncover and cook 2 more hours to thicken.
