1/4 cup flour
1 tsp lemon pepper or seafood seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
1 /12 tbsp milk
1 cup chopped pecans

4 trout fillets skin on
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 3 stations to prepare fish: flour/spice mix, egg/milk bowl, and pecans

Dredge fish in flour mixture, then in egg mixture, and finally coat the flesh side with pecans.

Fry pecan side down on medium heat for a few mins. Careful not to burn!

Then turn and fry skin side till crispy. Do not overcook.

Serve with salad or veggies of choice.
