Soaked dry beans (1.5 cups in 4 cups of water for 12 hours)
2 cup vegetable broth
1 lg onion
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 jalapeņo
1 lg can diced tomatoes
1 can rinsed black beans
1.5 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours. Serve with buns.
