3 lbs. red potatoes, quartered
1 C. sour cream
1/4 C. plain Greek yogurt
4 green onions, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp.pepper
1 wedge Rosemary & Olive Oil Asiago Cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes for 10 minutes until tender. Drain. Mix potatoes with sour cream, yogurt, s/p, onions and cheese. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving cold.
