1 6oz Pkg of Kelloggs Herb Stuffing Mix
1 Stick of margarine
1 Pkg Herb-Ox Chicken Broth
1 C boiling water
1 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp thyme
Salt & Pepper
2 Stalks of celery, chopped
1 Onion, chopped

Directions:

Melt margarine in a large saucepan. Sauté celery and onion until soft. Add thyme, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper to taste. Add stuffing cubes. Toss to coat. Combine broth mix and water and add to stuffing. Toss well.
